As Founder & CEO of boutique Real Estate firm MarketPass
Realty, Paul Lee brings nearly a decade of industry experience to his goal of
creating one of the premiere real estate firms in the Bay area of Northern
California. His company represents both Buyers and Sellers across the San
Francisco Peninsula.
Paul became a Realtor in 2007, following a lengthy and
highly successful career in software engineering—working on numerous high
profile projects for Fortune 500 companies in banking and finance—through which
he was able to parlay expertise in business management, issues management, consulting
and problem solving. He worked with Coldwell Banker in the Bay area for 7
years, representing buyers, sellers, banks and investors in residential markets
and new homes sales. Paul also provided free post sale service to guide
investors regarding finding the right tenants and entering into lease agreements.
With a mindset of continuous improvement, he has pursued
advanced education that led to obtaining his Real Estate Broker license. With a
passion for maximizing value with minimal costs to clients, Paul decided to launch
MarketPass Realty in 2014. Thanks to a start-up company mind set, he is
continuously striving to find new ways to streamline workflow with clients and
other business partners through creativity and innovation.
Paul earned his Master’s degree from the University of
London, and began his career in the Information Technology sector in Hong Kong
and then Sydney, Australia. He relocated to the Bay area of Northern California
in 1992 and started a software engineering consulting business that has
sustained for 20+ years.
He has earned clients’ trust and repeat business because he
always provides customers with the best quality service that constantly exceeds
their expectations. And now, with MarketPass Realty, he is able to leverage technology
and tools to provide clients with a highly rated customer experience.
In his free time, Paul enjoys traveling, digital photography
and camping.
